Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Willforge mobile application and the willforge.ai website (together, the "Service"), operated by Willforge ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Willforge Is

Willforge is an AI-assisted coaching application that helps you plan goals, build habits, and work through guided study and practice sessions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate plans, explanations, exercises, and coaching conversations.

AI-Generated Content

Coaching responses, plans, session content, and explanations are generated by AI models. While we work to keep them accurate and useful:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Verify important information independently, especially for exams, health, finances, or other high-stakes decisions.
• Willforge is a productivity and learning aid, not a source of medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional instruction or therapy.
• Plans, projections (such as estimated finish dates), and progress figures are estimates, not guarantees of any outcome.

Your Account

An account is created automatically from your device identifier when you first use the app. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your device. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions and Payment

• Parts of the Service are free to use. Extended AI coaching and guided sessions require a Premium subscription, currently offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription (with an introductory first-month price where available). Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms. Willforge never sees or stores your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.

Device Features and Permissions

Optional features — such as voice input, spoken replies, and calendar sync — rely on operating-system permissions (microphone, speech recognition, calendar access). These features are off until you enable them, and declining or revoking a permission does not affect the core Service. How the related data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems;
• Abuse, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its AI capabilities;
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the goals, notes, documents, and other content you add to the Service. You grant us the limited license needed to process that content in order to operate the Service (for example, sending your messages to AI models to generate coaching responses). Our Intellectual Property

The Service — including the app, website, branding, and underlying software — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond normal personal use of the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Apple App Store

If you obtained the app through Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are concluded between you and Willforge only — not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
• Your license to the app is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
• In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, Willforge — not Apple — is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as such.
