• Language Preference: To display the app in your preferred language

2. User-Generated Content

We collect and store the following content you create:

• Goals, Habits, and Tasks: Names, details, and relationships of your goals and their associated habits and tasks
• Daily Logs: Completion records, execution counts, and reflection notes
• Milestones: Personal goals and progress towards them
• Reminders: Scheduled times for notifications
• Chat Conversations: Messages exchanged with our AI assistant, including onboarding conversations
• Memories: AI-extracted insights about your preferences, goals, and context

3. Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Progress Statistics: Streak counts, completion rates, and practice patterns
• AI Usage Metrics: Token counts and cost tracking for AI features (used for quality of service)
• Activity Timestamps: When you use the app and update your data
• Session Information: Chat session metadata and conversation summaries
• Security and Integrity Data: App and device integrity signals, temporary security session data, and related technical metadata used to protect the service and prevent abuse

4. Subscription and Purchase Data

If you purchase or restore a subscription, we may collect and store:

• Subscription Status: Whether your Premium subscription is active, cancelled, expired, or restored
• Product and Entitlement Data: The subscription product, entitlement status, renewal or expiration dates, and related purchase state
• Store and Transaction Metadata: Limited metadata from the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription service provider used to verify and manage your subscription

If you report an assistant response, we may collect and store:

• Report Data: The reason for the report and any optional details you provide
• Related Message Data: The reported message, chat session identifiers, and related metadata needed to review the report

6. Push Notification Tokens

If you enable notifications, we collect:

• Expo Push Token: Used to send reminders and check-in notifications to your device

Third-Party Services

AI Services

Willforge uses OpenRouter to access AI language models. When you interact with our AI assistant:

• Your messages and relevant context are sent through OpenRouter to AI model providers used to power the service
• We currently configure OpenRouter to use Zero Data Retention (ZDR) eligible routing for supported AI requests
• We do not share your personal identifiers with these services
• AI providers may process your messages according to their own privacy policies
• We use provider and model safety measures to help reduce harmful or inappropriate outputs, but AI responses may still be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable in some cases

Push Notifications

We use Expo's push notification service to deliver:

• Scheduled reminders for your actions
• Daily check-in notifications

Subscription Management and Payments

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlement status across platforms. When you subscribe, restore purchases, or refresh subscription status:

• We may send your app user identifier and limited subscription metadata to RevenueCat to verify and manage your entitlement status
• Apple and Google process payments directly through the App Store and Google Play; we do not receive your full payment card details
• RevenueCat, Apple, and Google may process subscription-related data according to their own privacy policies and terms

Data Retention

• Active Accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active
• Account Deletion: When you use Delete My Account, we delete your app content and associated account data, but may retain a device identifier and limited system-generated usage records needed for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, quota enforcement, billing support, and security
• Chat Sessions: Older chat sessions become read-only but are retained for your reference
• AI Usage Data: Retained for billing and service quality purposes
• Subscription Records: Retained as needed to support subscription verification, restore purchases, fraud prevention, tax/accounting obligations, and customer support
• Safety Reports: Retained as needed to review abuse, enforce policies, and improve service safety

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access Your Data

• View all your actions, logs, and progress within the app
• Access your chat history and memories

Update Your Data

• Edit your profile information, actions, and logs at any time
• Update your preferences and notification settings

Delete Your Data

• Delete individual chat sessions (except onboarding)
• Delete individual actions and their associated data
• Delete your account directly within the Profile screen; this removes your app content and account data, while limited device-linked technical and usage records may be retained for abuse prevention and security

Children's Privacy

Willforge is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
