How do I delete my data or account?
You can permanently delete all of your data directly within the app by navigating to: Profile → Delete My Account. For more information, please see our Data Deletion Policy.
Does Willforge work offline?
Willforge requires an active internet connection to communicate with the AI and securely back up your progress trees and tasks.
Troubleshooting
I'm not receiving daily reminders
If you're missing reminders to plan or focus:
- Make sure notifications are allowed. Go to your device's Settings → Notifications → Willforge and enable notifications.
- Ensure you have actively set a reminder time within your Willforge app profile settings.
My AI Coach isn't responding
If the AI seems unresponsive, check your internet connection and try restarting the app. If the problem persists for more than an hour, there may be a temporary outage with our AI provider—please contact us.
